This is All is Vanity by Charles Allan Gilbert. This was featured in a throwback episode of Sherlock Holmes titled The Abominable Bride. This is similar to a cross-stitch pattern that Deborah finished called Twisted Balloons Pretty Picture, which was equally amazing as a finished cross-stitch work.
