Ivy Creek Trail in Creede

I remember walking through the woods on this trail deep in the woods in Colorado thinking this is the greenest-green I've ever seen. Looking at it years later I still think the same thing. It's amazing how an image can take you back to a time and a place. I took this image so many years ago, but I can still feel the thickness of the woods, the remoteness, the isolation, yet this creek was so peaceful.
